The parliamentary candidate for the NDC in the Asante Akim North Constituency, Hon Chief Kofi Asamoah, continues to donate to communities within the constituency as part of his social responsibilities to the communities in the constituency.
This time round, the communities that benefited were, Pataban, Onyemso , Adiemra ,and Brantuokrom.
The donations were done on behalf of the parliamentary candidate by the secretary of the party in the constituency, Comrade Solomon Sawakin, and was ably supported by the organizer, Comrade Wisdom Seregu, the Communication officer and his deputy, Comrades Mustapha Osman and Comrade Usif respectively.
At Pataban and Adeɛmra, Hon, Chief Kofi Asamoah donated some packets of roofing sheets for the construction of youth Parliament in the community.
In Onyemso, the hardworking parliamentary candidate, donated ten bags of cement for the teachers quarters project being constructed in the community.
Finally, at Brantuokrom, Hon Chief Kofi Asamoah donated ten bags of cement for the ongoing water project in the community.
All the beneficiary communities expressed their joy for the timely intervention of the parliamentary candidate in all these projects in the communities which will go a long way to ensure their speedy completion.
The secretary, Mr Solomon Sawakin used the occasion to once again remind the people about the commitment of the NDC towards rural development. He therefore urged them to rally behind the presidential candidate his Excellency former president John Dramani Mahama and the parliamentary candidate for the Asante Akim north Constituency, Hon. Chief Kofi Asamoah and vote for them in their numbers, to ensure continuous development of these areas which have been neglected by the failed NPP government.
